Tour Plan

Arrival in Leh with a morning flight and we'll take you to your hotel. The first day is all about resting and getting used to the high altitude of Leh, which is 11,500 feet (3,500 meters) above sea level. Take it easy, relax, and let your body adjust to the height. Your overnight stay will be in the comfort of your hotel.
After having breakfast, we'll head towards the western part of Ladakh along the Indus River on the Leh–Srinagar highway. Our first stop is the Hall of Fame, a museum founded by the Indian Army, which is interesting for all Indians. Then, we'll continue to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, a serene place founded in the 15th century. Moving on, about 5 km away, experience the Magnetic Hill, where the normal rules of gravity seem to be defied.Continuing our journey through the picturesque landscape, we'll reach the Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar River, a beautiful meeting point of two rivers. After exploring these places, we'll drive back to Leh, making a stop at Spituk Monastery en route. This monastery, built in the 11th century, follows the Gelukpa order of Buddhism. Originally, it was part of the Kadampa school until the 15th century. Now, it's time to unwind and rest at our hotel in Leh for the night.
After having breakfast, we set out for Nubra Valley. The journey takes us through the remarkable Khardung La, the highest motorable road globally, standing at a staggering 18,380 feet (5,602 meters) and approximately 39 kilometers from Leh. From this vantage point, you can marvel at the breathtaking views southwards over the Indus valley, witnessing the vast expanse of peaks and ridges in the Zanskar range. Looking north, the Saser massif's towering giants captivate the observer.Nubra Valley, often referred to as Ldumra or the valley of flowers, is nestled between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas in the northern part of Ladakh. The valley's average altitude is around 10,000 feet above sea level. Upon reaching Nubra, we check into our camp or hotel in Hunder for an overnight stay.In the evening, take a leisurely stroll around the quaint villages, gaining a glimpse into the everyday life of the locals in this remote part of the world. For a more immersive experience, arrangements can be made for a visit to a Ladakhi home. Enjoy the tranquility of the valley and settle in for a comfortable overnight stay at the camp or hotel.
After an early breakfast, we leave the camp and head to Hunder, where you get a chance to ride on a double-humped Bactrian camel amidst the sand dunes of this high-altitude desert. Picture yourself surrounded by sand dunes between Hunder and Diskit; it's a peculiar sight, almost like being in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan. What makes it even stranger is that on the left side of the road, you have rocky mountains typical of Ladakh, while in the distance, you can spot snow-capped peaks. On the way back, we make a stop at Diskit, the main town in Nubra Valley. Take a leisurely stroll through the market, observing local shops and people going about their daily lives. Diskit is renowned for its 515-year-old Buddhist Monastery, perched atop a hill, providing a magnificent view of the entire valley. We then drive back to Leh in the late afternoon via the scenic Khardungla Top. Upon reaching Leh, you'll check in to your hotel. Use the afternoon to rest and relax. In the evening, take a stroll through the market for some last-minute souvenir shopping.
Embark on a full-day trip to Pangong Lake, starting with an early morning breakfast. Our journey takes us through the Changla Pass, standing at a breathtaking 17,586 feet (5,300 meters) and known as the world's third-highest motorable road. After a 2-hour drive, we reach the Changla Pass, offering a short break for photography amidst the stunning mountain scenery.Continuing our drive towards Pangong, we stop at Tangtse for a relaxing cup of tea or coffee. As we leave Tangtse, we pass through small villages of Changthang, and suddenly, the panoramic view of Pangong Lake unfolds at 13,930 feet. This high-altitude lake, spanning 5-8 kilometers in width and over 140 kilometers in length, extends across 30% in India and 70% in China. The lake captivates with its vibrant color palette, ranging from deep blue to dark green and turquoise. After spending some quality time by the lakeside, we make our way back to Leh via the same route, capturing the scenic beauty once again. The night brings rest and comfort at the hotel, ensuring you relish the memories of this serene day at Pangong Lake.
